# Review and deploy

The Summary step is the final opportunity to validate the deployment choices.

## Review the summary

Confirm:

* Target disk and computer name.
* Windows release, language, edition, and license channel.
* Driver pack.
* Firmware options.
* Windows Autopilot method and, for zero-touch hardware hash upload, the configured group tag.
* Optional features and other deployment customization.

## Start deployment

Start only when every value is correct. Foundry opens **Confirm disk erase** before crossing the destructive boundary. Verify the disk number, model, bus, size, and selected operating system before accepting.

{% hint style="danger" %}
Accepting the confirmation allows Foundry to clean and repartition the selected disk. Existing data on that disk will be lost.
{% endhint %}

Do not power off the device, disconnect required networking, or remove deployment media while Foundry is working.

The progress page reports the current step, completed-step count, and overall progress when the operation can be measured.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.foundryosd.com/foundry-deploy/review-and-deploy.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
